Shipping and delivery : 

UK Shipping : 

All our products are packaged, shipped and delivered to your doorstep within 1-3 days, as all our products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase via Royal Mail 24. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of purchase.

For orders placed after 2pm on Saturdays will be shipped on Monday via next day shipping, we currently do not offer any Sunday delivery options although it may be available in the near future. 

International Delivery  : 

Delivery to Europe takes anywhere between 2 - 4 working days and around 4 - 7  working days for North America and The Middle East . International shipping is subject to a fee  anywhere between £5.95 - £14.99 . Tracking information will also be provided within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns : 

We aim to connect our customers with hassle free returns, if a replacement package isnt the desired option we can process refunds for the item, returns are completely FREE and refunds should be processed within 24 hours of receiving the items subject to checking the condition of the item upon arriving back at our warehouse. In order for refunds to be processed, the product must be in its original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds take around 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.
